libappindicator3-0.1-cil software package provides CLI binding for appindicator3 using GObject introspection, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libappindicator3-0.1-cil
libappindicator3-0.1-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libappindicator3-0.1-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
